PHP2Shell (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619)
We have completed remediation for these vulnerabilities across the eQuest platform and www.equest.com.
Patching complete. All in-scope production servers have been updated with the PHP security fix, and the configuration setting tied to the known attack method (session.upload_progress) has been disabled.
Non-exposed components verified. Our job delivery systems run PHP from the command line only, without php-fpm, and were confirmed not exposed to these vulnerabilities.
Service health and log review. The rollout finished at 10:34 UTC on October 22 with no downtime, errors, or impact on performance. Our review of production logs found no signs these vulnerabilities were exploited against our systems.
